12 sectors of a community that exists to promote social, physical, and mental well-being for residents of Clay County, emphasizing reduction of youth substance use and to foster a thriving environment in which to live, learn, work, and play.

Past Grants:
Drug Free Community Grant, Drug Endangered Children, Kansas Suicide Prevention, YLINK. Clay Center Community Improvement Foundation. Community Outreach includes Suicide Prevention training, youth mental health awareness, Farmer to Farmer Signs of Suicide, ACES training, Bandana Squad, initiated a Community Garden. For Schools we support Teammates Mentoring Program, Strenghtfinders, Too Good for Drugs after school program, Botvin Life skills and parenting classes. We Support 4 chapters of Youth Leaders in Kansas, host alcohol/tobacco free events after school sporting events, and peer to peer suicide prevention training
