Grant Writing Assistance for Kansas Non-Profits | Center for Public Partnerships & Research
With support from the Kansas Health Foundation, CPPR is offering free grant writing and technical assistance for nonprofit organizations, state associations/coalitions, school districts, state agencies and tribal councils/communities in Kansas.
- Organizations must be seeking funding that is related to at least one of the measures used to determine American Health Rankings (social and economic factors, physical environment, clinical care, behaviors and health outcomes).
- Priority will be given to nonprofit organizations. State and local government agencies may be eligible for grant-writing support for extremely competitive grants or funding opportunities that share the same focus as KHF priority areas.
K State Research and Extension Community Vitality team offers grant writing classes, specific grant searches, access to professional grant writing tools and personal coaching for people who write grants for Kansas communities.
Participants in grant writing classes wrote $42 million of successful grants within the first year of the class. With the support of our professionals, communities enrolled in the Kansas Community Empowerment (KCE) program have increased the number of private and public funds raised by 190% during 2020-2022.
