About the Coalition:
Live Healthy Montgomery County exists to improve the health of all Montgomery County residents by promoting prevention, programs, resources and policies that encourage healthy lifestyles.

Past Grants:
Passed a tobacco free parks initiative for the County in 2016. We collaborated with Labette County to receive a Phase 2 Pathways grant in 2020-2024, during that time we passed 19 healthy policies and distributed over $900,000 dollars in funding. Currently, we are Pathways Phase 3 recipients and also are working with Kansas Prevention Collaborative on Youth Substance Prevention and have received Opioid Settlement funds to implement Opioid and substance prevention.
