About the Coalition:

LiveWell Finney County is a backbone organization and convening body that leads collective impact efforts to improve health outcomes in Finney County and surronding counties in Southwest Kansas. Thecoalition leverages multi-sector parnterships, local data, and evidence-based strategies to address social detminates of health, influeince systems and policy change, and create sustainable, community wide improvements in health and quality of life.
