Sedgwick County Health Alliance was formed in prior to 2025 and, after slowing down during the COVID-19 pandemic, restarted in 2023. Any agency with an interest in public health and improving the health of Sedgwick County residents can participate; most agencies that participate are located in Wichita. At monthly meetings, coalition members learn about community services and learn about and participate in Sedgwick County Community Health Improvement (CHIP) activities. Subcommittees include Programming, Assessment, the Community Health Action Team (CHAT), and the Sedgwick County Data Collaborative.
Mission: Community partners with an interest in public health working together to impact health-related policies and systems and the well-being of all people.
Vision: Focused on improved health and quality of life for all people.
