About the Coalition:
The LINK Program is a collaborative community initiative in Topeka that brings together Astra Mental Health and Recovery, Stormont Vail Health, Health Access, and Harvesters. Through Community Support Navigators, the program assists low-income, uninsured residents in overcoming barriers to healthcare while addressing essential social needs, including food insecurity and access to community resources.
