The Whole Heart Coalition is a community-driven partnership committed to improving health, well-being, and quality of life across the lifespan by addressing the social, environmental, and systemic factors that influence health outcomes. The Coalition brings together healthcare providers, public health professionals, educators, community-based organizations, local leaders, and residents to collaboratively identify needs, reduce barriers, and create sustainable solutions that support individuals, families, and communities.
